Reporting directly to the Director of Partnerships, as Partner Account Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Partnerships team with driving lead generation through our Community Partners program and nurturing long-term relationships with our strategic partners. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and project management expertise.

What You’ll Do…

  • Conduct market research to understand the market landscape within your partner domain, including general industry trends of partnered markets, and current and future feature roadmaps in relation to each partner.
  • Create, build, and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.
  • Drive partner activities, develop sales and marketing initiatives and manage partner growth and development in selling Cuboh’s platform
  • Assist with referral and quoting processes with Cuboh and Partner sales team workflows.
  • Facilitate referral discussions and work referral pipeline with internal and external Account Executives.
  • Develop and deliver presentations both internally and externally.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams to effectively facilitate partner relationships.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified, active non-net-new opportunities and manage them to close.
  • Support expansion of content sales opportunities in the existing client base.
  • Contact prospects via phone, email, face-to-face in order to complete sales.


What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years experience
  • Experience with Salesforce and Atlassian Suite, lead generation tools
  • Strong record of external-facing presentation and service delivery
  • Ability to clearly convey complex issues and negotiation
  • Lead generation and/or marketing experience
  • High level of emotional intelligence and self awareness.
  • Strong capacity to give constructive feedback and receive feedback.
  • Adaptive mindset with an openness to learning, hearing new ideas and change.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
